Muffin Tin Monday - Pumpkin Theme

Muffin Tin Time! We loaded up on the orange today. I searched the grocery store and tried to find lots of orange food so I could use my little pumpkin cookie cutter. I cut up some orange cheese like pumpkins. Bought a thick orange carrot, that I thinly sliced and cut into pumpkins. Cheddar mini rice cakes. Last pumpkin shaped sweet potatoes with a little brown sugar on top. Just microwave a sweet potato for a few minutes, cut into large coin shapes, and cut with cookie cutter. 

Next week I am excited, because I will actually have a muffin tin to put my daughter's lunch in. I ordered a six cut muffin tin online and I am waiting for it to arrive. I am also very excited about the Halloween theme that is coming up in a few weeks. Happy Muffin Tin Monday everyone!!!!
